Privacy policy

This website is not a secure channel for health information and is not covered by a HIPAA business associate agreement. Please do not enter patient names, patient contact details, medical or treatment information, or anything else identifying a patient into our chat widget, our booking form, or an email to us.

If you send us patient information anyway, we will delete it as soon as we identify it, and we may not be able to respond to your message.

You only give us information if you choose to. That happens when you:

• —book a call with us, which asks for your name, email address and the time you selected
• —type into the chat widget on this site, which records the conversation and any contact details you provide
• —email us directly

That typically means your name, business email address, phone number, clinic name, and whatever you choose to tell us about your practice.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you load a page: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, the site you arrived from, and the time of the request. We use these for security, troubleshooting and understanding traffic levels.

Cookies and similar technologies are set by the third-party tools embedded on this site — the chat widget, the booking calendar, and advertising tools described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the chat and booking tools may not work correctly if you do.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and to show ads to people who have visited this site. The pixel tells Meta that a browser visited a page, together with technical identifiers such as an IP address and cookie ID.

Under California law this counts as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. It is not a sale — we do not receive money for your information. You can opt out at any time; see “Your California privacy rights” below.

We do not run analytics products such as Google Analytics on this site.

If you book a call or contact us, we may send you emails about our services. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly. You will still receive operational messages relating to a call you booked, such as a confirmation or a reschedule.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with the service providers we use to run the business, each of which is contractually limited to processing it on our instructions:

• —GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) — our CRM, chat widget, and email sending
• —iClosed — booking and scheduling for audit calls
• —Stripe — payment processing, loaded by the booking tool
• —Vercel — website hosting and server logs
• —Meta Platforms — advertising measurement and targeting, as described above

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our terms, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or to a buyer in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We keep enquiry and contact information for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete or anonymise it. We keep records longer where we need them for tax, accounting or legal reasons, or to handle a dispute.

Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider and then rotated out.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to:

• —know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to
• —receive a copy of that information
• —have it corrected if it is inaccurate
• —have it deleted, subject to exceptions we are required or permitted to keep it under
• —opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
• —not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these, email info@scaleaesthetics.ai with the request and enough detail for us to find your information. We will verify your identity by replying to the email address we hold for you, or by asking you to confirm details we already have. You can use an authorised agent, in which case we will ask for proof of their authority.

To opt out of sharing for advertising, email us with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal — if your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser.

We aim to respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need the further 45 days the law allows.

Several other states give residents similar rights over their personal information. If you live in one of them, contact us at the address below and we will handle your request under the law that applies to you.

This site is for business owners and operators. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our booking and chat tools are operated by third parties and may take you to pages they control. Their privacy notices govern what they do with your information once you are on their systems. We are not responsible for their practices.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will take reasonable steps to tell you.
